I am writing to formally raise a complaint against Simplilearn for misleading sales practices and fraudulent misrepresentation regarding lifetime access to a course I purchased.
I enrolled in Digital Lecho library on 18th May 24 after being explicitly assured by Simplilearn’s sales representative, Mr. Asif, that I would receive lifetime access to the course materials, including live classes and certification. This assurance was a key factor in my decision to enroll, and I have documented proof of these commitments, including call recordings and written confirmation.
However, despite this guarantee, Simplilearn has now refused to honor their commitment and has arbitrarily set a final access deadline of May 31, 2028. This contradicts the original promise made at the time of enrollment.
Despite multiple attempts to resolve this matter through their customer support, I have been met with vague responses and refusal to reinstate my lifetime access. Additionally, Mr. Shivaraj, another representative, has displayed unprofessional conduct, failing to provide timely and transparent communication while contradicting earlier commitments.
Evidence:
Recorded phone conversations with the sales representative confirming lifetime access
Written confirmation via email/chat transcript
Proof of payment for the course
Resolution Sought: I urge Simplilearn to:
Immediately restore my lifetime access as originally promised.
Acknowledge their misleading sales practices and take corrective action.
Issue a formal statement ensuring that future customers are not deceived by similar false assurances.
Failure to resolve this issue will leave me no choice but to escalate the matter to consumer protection authorities, legal forums, and public platforms to bring awareness to this malpractice.
I request an urgent resolution to this complaint and expect Simplilearn to honor their commitment.
