Dear Consumer Helpline Team,
My name is Syeda, and I am filing a complaint against Smytten regarding a non-delivered order and misleading delivery status.
I placed an order for skincare products on the Smytten app (Order ID: ID[protected] on 25th December 2025, with an expected delivery date of 29th December 2025. Despite being available at the delivery address, the tracking status falsely claimed that I was unavailable or refused the order.
After raising the issue with Smytten’s customer support, I received the following written response from them:
"We sincerely apologize for the frustration caused by the delay and the inaccurate tracking updates regarding your delivery. We understand how disappointing it is to be home and ready for a package, only to see a status claim that you were unavailable or refused the order. Please be assured that we are taking this very seriously. We have officially escalated this incident with our logistics partner to address the false reporting by the delivery agent and get this order delivered to you."
While they have acknowledged the delivery agent’s false reporting and claimed to escalate the issue, no resolution has been provided and the product remains undelivered. This delay, misreporting, and lack of timely action have caused me significant inconvenience and distress.
I request your kind assistance in ensuring either:
- Immediate delivery of the product, or
- A full refund of the amount paid.
