I placed an order on the Smytten app for two lipsticks under Shop Order Number #4823582. However, upon delivery, only one lipstick was received, while the second lipstick was missing from the package.
Despite this, the Smytten app shows both products as “delivered.” The delivery box and billing label clearly mention only one lipstick, which serves as proof that the second item was never shipped or delivered.
I immediately raised two support tickets regarding the missing product. Unfortunately, both tickets were closed without any investigation or resolution, even though the issue was not resolved.
After multiple attempts, I was able to connect with a Smytten customer support agent. I clearly explained several times that:
I did not receive one of the lipsticks
The app status incorrectly shows the product as delivered
I have proof in the form of the billing label and delivery package details
Despite providing this information, the support agent repeatedly stated that the order was delivered, refused to review the proof, and closed the conversation without clarification or assistance.
Additionally, I sent multiple emails to Smytten’s official support email ID regarding this issue and followed up several times. No response has been received to date.
This behavior reflects deficiency in service, misrepresentation of delivery status, and unfair trade practice.
I request the concerned authority to:
1. Direct Smytten to refund the amount for the undelivered lipstick OR deliver the missing product immediately
2. Take appropriate action against Smytten for closing complaints without investigation and providing misleading delivery information
I am willing to provide order details, ticket numbers, billing label photos, and screenshots as evidence if required.
