Smytten — Delay & Partial Delivery of Order #4806132 Urgent Assistance Required

Dear Smytten Support Team,

I am writing to raise a concern regarding my Shop Order #4806132, placed on 18th December 2025.

The order consisted of 2 items, out of which only 1 item has been delivered. The second item is still not delivered, even after multiple changes in the expected delivery date.

Initially, the delivery dates shown were:

20th December 2025

29th December 2025

30th December 2025

31st December 2025

1st January 2026

2nd January 2026

However, the delivery keeps getting extended day by day, and yesterday it again showed an extension. There is no clear update on when the remaining item will actually be delivered.

This continuous delay without proper communication is very disappointing and unexpected. I have already tried raising this issue through the chat support, but I did not receive a proper resolution.

I kindly request you to please:

Provide a clear and final delivery timeline for the pending item, or

Please look into this matter on priority and help resolve it as soon as possible.
