Smytten — Mis behaviour and denial of product delivery and asking for re order

Ur company staff member called me and said that due to some technical issue my product will supposed to be put on hold or either u have to re order them for refund ...whats that silly options ? i mean seriously ? i don't have any money to re order the goods and nor i can wait anymore for 40 to 50 days
