Missing product . Stop cheating customers
This is regarding my order number #2767373 for 3 products.
1. For Men Deo (jaguar fragrances)
2. Blue Deo (Nautica)
3. Classic Deo (jaguar fragrances)
I received only 1 products. 1 product (JAGUAR For Men Deo) other 2 deos is not delivered.
I raised a ticket, but they closed my ticket, saying insufficient information. whereas i send the invoice and photographs of the product and box.
I mailed many times for this issue on [protected]@smytten.com, but there is no satisfied answer from smytten and there is no solution in this matter till now.
I want to ask smytten, why the invoice was for 1 deodorant in the box, if there were 3 deodorants in the box. please reply or show the bill of all three deodorants.
The product sold by PRIMESPOT RETAIL PVT. LTD. and there is no GST. No, No PAN No. shows in the invoice. this is totally fraud company, which has no GST or PAN numbers.
I attatched the Invoice and Photos of the product with box and order details screenshots from the smytten.
Please don't cheat customers like this.
deliver my order as soon as possible or i will sign a complaint against you whenever i call on your customer care it never connects my call. very pathetic customer support. i am highly disappointed.
I need my missing Products ASAP.
Or refund my amount...
