Smytten — Order Delaying each day

I have placed on 2nd April 2025; my order was supposed to be delivered on 6th but instead it is delaying day by day.

Yesterday it was showing 11th April and now it has extended to 12th April and I don't how much more days I have to wait.
This is really unexpected and disappointed.

It has been so many days, and the delivery has not been shipped yet and yesterday the dtdc said the order you have placed has different product, but they have received different product with my address on it and someone else.
