Smytten — Product is missing in delivered package

I received a damaged package.deivery boy just handed package to me & ran.i called him but he didn't listen.later I found 1 product is missing in the package.i complaint to company smiytten & they refused to take responsibility .
Earlier also same cases happened so many times with same company.it refuses to take responsibility. What shall I do.i am bearing many losses due to this irresponsible behavior of company
