I had two items placed in my order number
2820189-Bioderma Cream and L’Oréal shampoo. I cancelled L’Oréal shampoo shortly after, and was refunded for it. However when the package arrived, it was the shampoo instead of the cream.
Request you to please pick-up the wrong item and refund for the same. I have tried calling, emailing, Instagram DM but the responses are very sporadic. Firstly you said weight discrepancy, however both items are weighed same. Secondly when I sent the unboxing video you keep asking me to send another format? At this point these are just excuses.
