Ordered a fastrack watch id no. [protected] and got an empty parcel. Complained on the same instant and shared all the photos, account details, id details as asked by the company. They assured me that refund will be initiated within 48 hrs but it has been more than 12 days and it seems customer care is just making fool. Daily they are saying that payment will be refunded within 48 hrs and more than 6 such 48hrs has passed. Please look seriously at this case take action and refund as soon as possible. Thinking to lodge fir in the local police station and in consumer forum in the next 48hrs as i recorded the calls with customer care of company. Customers are loosing faith on company due to these types of frauds.

I have provided all the details and proofs of the froud done by Snapdeal. I have mails and messages from snapdeal and GoJavas courier services to support my claim that too i have shared. Still snapdeal is cancelling my complain. It seems company didn't even investigated my case. The person who called to inform this rejection was not able to answer even a single concern of mine. Snapdeal is not answering and giving explanation why my complian got cancelled. I need the reply of company for further complains and cases in consumer form but Even asked for soo many times they are not providing any mail regarding their investigation or findings of report.
Its a clear case of FRAUD from SNAPDEAL. and they are fooling the customers.
Why the company is only informing me! Why they are not able to give me a valid reason of the rejection?
As a consumer its my right to know the proofs that company investigated my case and also the valid reason of rejection.
As i am fully equiped with proofs against Snapdeal on this fraud case Kindly provide me either reason or report of rejection in written. (Via mail)

Didnt got any call from yoir side this time. Again you are telling lie. You are a fraud and only cheating your customers. Your Dumb Doll customer advisors dont even know how to talk. None of your higher level executives or investigation team member has Guts to speak to me. Why you peoples are scared in giving me reason of rejection of my complain. Because of you fraud peoples i already lost my 5000₹ And now you Dumb peoples are making me loose my patience. As i am correct frm my side i am asking for the details of your investigation and cause of rejection. If you are not fraud and are fooling your customers then be brave to give me a written details of the above.
