[Resolved] Snapdeal.com — Unethical Behaviour, Refund request Cancelled....... | |||
I ordered a set of earphones. The delivery was delayed by 2 weeks. So I cancelled the order, A message came from snapdeal stating that refund request is initiated. But after 2-3 hours again a message came stating that" we are delivering the product, So we are cancelling the refund request". They delivered the product. I opened it, it was not working at all. The sound was pathetic and it almost device(Sony Xperia Z3+, Coolpad Note 3, Lumia 730, Samsung Galaxy even laptops too), were not able to recognize that earphones.There was a problem with connecting cables I guess as If you hold that at aparticular position then only you will listen a low and distorted sound. So I made r return request. Their reply was We cant pick up that product, as its out of our servicable area. So send that item by mysel[censored]sing DTDC courier. They received it and after 2 days, The status of request was " refund request cancelled, quality check failed". We are sending back the earphones to you... I called the customer care, I explained the same issue to them, They said they will arrange a phonecall from quality team. I didn't receive any call. I don't what is this?????
