Dear sir/mam, My name is akash verma. I had purchased motorola moto pulse bluetooth headphone from snap deal but after receiving when i open the box the product was looking very old having scratches on different places & doesn't have accessories like cables etc. Even after making request for refund still nobody has pick the product till now. On daily basis i got a message from snap deal that today their executive will pick up the courier but in the evening again message will come that today we were not able to pick up due to some reason. Tomorrow the same procedure will be followed by them. I got fed up from their system. Please find below the details of the order. Order id : [protected] Suborder id : [protected] Amount : 1848 inr Delivery date : 23rd oct. 2018 Complaint date : 23rd oct. 2018 Already 8 days has passed & no one has even called me from snapdeal side which is very pathetic. I ordered a product on 13 October and I have not received my product. I have already made the payment through card. My order no. is [protected]. The status is showing delivered on 20 October. Please take immediate action against Snapdeal.
