Snapdeal.com — not delivering quality product

No its still not resolved, , , , u guys even did not compensate for the fault. I got a call that said u will escalate my issue and provide compensation for the same but after that no response.
What is the purpose of complaints here even no one is bothering to resolve it?????

money not refund back

I have purchased a Micromax mobile on 23.02.2015. Bt, i have not received the product till now also the estimated delivery was on or before 04.03.2015. Order no was [protected]

product not dispatch on commitment date

i have order nokia lumia 520 on 12th aug 2013 snapdeal give me confermation to dispatch the product on 15th aug but when i cal the customer care they give me responce that may be product not available on their stock. Why should i suffer ?

Empty Box received
