Respected, My name is mohit gupta. I have placed an order on your website. I bought the allyson fitness orbitrek for my personal use... I have placed order under the name pawan gupta. I didnot receive my order complete... The order which i placed had 4 different things they are as follows twister, stepper, dumbells and the crosstrainer... What i receivedis only 3 items in a small box a twister, stepper and a dumbells. The main item crosstrainer is missing. So i have been cheated by the seller... I didnot get what i asked for and have been cheated by the seller by paying 17115. Please take this issue with seller also and ask him.. The courier through which it was delivered was bluedart... And you can enquire about the parcel from them... And just think how a crosstrainer can fit into a small box.. What i received is a small box Now the thing is i need my money back... And u have a 7 day easy return policy. Please refund my money and arrange the pickup service as soon as possible... Please just let me know the time frame of pickup service and time by which i will be refunded... I need my money... Now it would take another year for me to buy a bicycle.. Contact me on my number [protected] Or [protected] If money is refunded and given back i will think it was a mistake by you and will not blacklist you for me... And please guide if there is any other legal process to file a police complaint or consumer court stuff I will take snapdeal but also i will take seller to court...
