Hi Snapmint,
I ordered the product through snapmint app, but later i changed my mind to cancel the order, but there is no option in the app. When I reach to customer care, they said at the time of delivery you just return back the order to the delivery agent itself.
Right now the product it's in shipment, but i don't know when it going to return the product to snapmint.
As per the blue dart courier, product will deliver to snapmint which expected date of delivery is 1st of August 2022.
But your team member said it takes 10 days to complete this process.
My query is if it takes 10 days means, that product EMI date is August 3 which is showing in the snapmint app.
Can please provide an mail confirmation of not to take the amount of that product in my account, actually order is cancelled and it is in shipment.
Please don't take any amount from my account and just hold it.
