Received a stainless steel grinder..the packaging was so worst that it looked like that the product has been used and after only 3 or 4 use smoke came out of the grinder..i email multiple times but no response...now i can't return or exchange the product nor I can use it ...as far i ordered so many products this one was a loss .Can you guys help...
Hello This is Ranjith I purchased firebolt smartwatch from snapmint website, during payment once I paid amount of Rs1485 it was refunded because of product out of stock and again it asked for the payment i paid through debit card i didn't refund also and i didn't product also this was purchased on 15 March please get my refund back. don't make me think wrong about snap mint and i will never buy product from this snapmint if problem is not solved and i purchased product from firebolt website through snapmint emi I have paid downpayment amount remaining emi amount will not be paid till I get the refund amount. Transaction I'd for 1485 amount is - Transaction I'd - S42628002 please solve me this issue.
