Snapmint — Cheating on the name of EMI

I bought a phone of 15000/- on EMI of 2761/- to be auto cut from bank account on 3rd of every month. On 3rd of Feb 2021, i was having a amount of approx 3000 in my bank account, still they cut 295/- as bounce charges at 15:43. When i complained, they told me that they are not afraid. They also said that the bank message that i send to them is fake and handmade. They openly warned me to go to media, as they are not afraid. If i was to pay 2761/- on 3rd of every month than why amount was deducted at 15:43. If the amount is not suffiecient, then they should wait till 3rd of feb 23:59, and cut the bounce charges when the day is over. But they cut on ongoing day even i was having balance in my account. They are also not counting my Bank Message as a valid proof. They have cheated and also wasting my time since 3rd February. They are calling me from different numbers and annoying me through out this 14 days. They are fake and openly cheating and also warning that they are not afraid of any action against them.
