The initial amount of 800/- was deducted from my account, but unfortunately, I have not received any confirmation of the order placement. Despite my attempts to seek assistance from Mi.com's customer care, I have not received any satisfactory resolution or information regarding the status of my order.

I am deeply dissatisfied with the lack of communication and assistance provided by Mi.com in addressing my concerns. As a consumer, I believe I have the right to a transparent and efficient transaction process, and the current situation has caused undue stress and inconvenience.
