I was pay all my due payment but negative account show in my credit report please be close that urgently . that is impect my credit score. and decrease my credit score and report also

I have repaid my loan 2.5 months ago but still the company is not giving me NOC. I have been continuously talking to customer care since 2 months.

I had ordered a product whose product ID number is 11762064. Which I have not received till date. When I wanted to know why there was so much delay in delivery. I spoke to the customer executive through Snapmant's mobile app and he told that your product was received on 4th October. I was very surprised, I did not receive my product, I have received it.
I want to know who received my order, I have not received any call from the delivery boy. Which courier company did you send through? I need the name and phone number of that courier company
Your customer care number is completely fraud. I called customer care number [protected] 25-30 times but no one answered. There is no email address on your site.
I would like to know who has received my order. I will not pay any EMI if I do not receive my product. I also want my payment back.
Finally I want to say one thing that I will take legal action against you people.

SNAPMINT ORDER ID 12267847 PLACED WITH Downpayment INR 2175on 15th oct 2023 during big billion sale of flip kart and is still in verification stage since than no update from snapmint site, also too many complaints has been raised from my side on their app but no call back or return of downpayment amount initiated from snapmint, product got out of stock. so why they are holding my downpayment money with them, in return section they are giving error message return not eligible.

I had ordered a product from Amazon via snap mint order number 12115003 but at the time of delivery the delivery boy asked for payment then i returned that but i don't got my refund of down payment as it has been more than 48 hours Moreover you have not removed the EMI for that perticular product on my account.Kindly resolve the issue as soon as possible.

My Snapmint loan account should be closed as all of my EMIs have been paid. Despite the fact that I have paid off all of my EMIs, my SnapMint account is still active in Cibil. Therefore, sir, please close my Snapmint loan account and update my Cibil rating.

I order product on Flipkart through snapmint order id 11888838 the order get cancelled but I didn't received the refund . I contacted Flipkart they said the refund is successful to [protected]@snapmint.com through gift voucher. The snapmint is not providing the refund .

After several call and message
They can not change my registered mobile number because registered number is my official so I left the job

I have a pasted the link from amazon in the Snapmint app and ordered a Samsung galaxy watch after receiving the amazon packing the box yellowish the seals were tempered and even the watch has a bit of fingerprints and oil residue on the body after that i checked warranty coverage and it was about to expire so i put complaints on the app but no response same with the contact number pls help me out as the watch is faulty and used.

I’m unable to delete the snapmint account or find any options to do, emi’s is cleared the NOC was also shared and one of my product got cancelled from their side and refund got credited.. I could still see Snapmint acount as active, reflecting on my CIBIL.

I wanted a solution to delete the account completely.

My account down payment 2 time detect amount 346 please refund my amount

I have ordered my product from snapmint on 4th of September 2023 and made the required amount of downpayment and I also set auto emi payments. It's been 10 day's from my order and I still have no updates on my order and customer service is not responding to any of my complaints.

I am sagar s rathod and I'll parched one product using snapmint and my EMI is divided in two part and I'll paid both EMI but still showing pending in snapmint app and I can't get any NOC certificate can you please help me for this issue...

On 28th August, 23, i placed an order for a smartphone by paying a downpayment of 2700. It passed all the checks in the order list on snapmint app and showed that the order will be delivered to me on 22nd September, 23. No courier services take this long to deliver domestic shipments. I have sent them mails but i have not recieved any reply to them. I also texted them my concerns in the app but still there was no reply to that. And top of that the NACH is active and will auto-debit emi in october 23. I need a refund of my downpayment. I dont want to build any relation with a fake company like this.
