This is Sustam minj and I have been your regular customer of Snapmint since last two years.
I have purchased a Mi tv (32inches) on 07/11/2023 by the Down payment of Rs.1852. and my emi generated of Rs. 1091.
The first emi is already paid..
Now the issue is the ordered Mi tv was got cancelled on 29/11/2023 and I supposed to get the vouchers back in my account but it was not happening...
After calling several times I was told that the finally on or before 15/12/2023, I will be getting the vouchers. But the thing happened again no vouchers.
It is 26th of Dec, 2023 today and It has been almost 50 days, my problem is not resolved..
Every time your customer care executive tells that the experts will get back to withing next 24hrs but that 24hrs isn't coming.
Now I want to request Snapmint, please resolve the problem asap along with the compensation.
