Snapmint — Down payment debited from account but order declined by amazon

I did a down payment through snapmint to order mobile from amazon.but amazon declined the order... But my down payment of 1937Rs debited from my bank account and still not got refund of it. This UPI reference

Hope I'll get my refund immediately.

Still not get refund not even anyone replyed from Snapchat..

Still not solved the issue... Gonna take legal action and will raise complaint against snapmint to RBI. I want my money back that's it.
