Snapmint — EMI processed without getting the amount/voucher

I have taken one EMI amount worth 7500 as flipkart voucher through snapmint app (order id:[protected] yesterday (09/02/2025). Snapmint sent the mail for avail the voucher and i did the avail then it’s showing it would be sent the voucher to the mail within 30 minutes, unfortunately there is no such mail received yet but the in application status changed and my EMI started
