Snapmint — I am complaining about an un solved issue regarding EMI

I had added a product to cart from dennislingo after that I used snapmint emi plan and paid the initial amount to snapmint and the dennislingo said product is outoff stock money is debited from my account. And a lso the emi plan is scheduled, there is no proper resoponse. I had tried to contact them multiple times.
