I have ordered a product on 14 March 2024 and paid a down payment of Rs 433 at the time of placing my order. I have ordered through MIVI website and I received only Snapmint order ID. When I contacted MIVI regarding this issue, they are asking me to provide the MIVI order number. But unfortunately I don’t have MIVI order number. I have Snapmint order number only. I have spoken to the MIVI customer support team and they are asking me to contact Snapmint. And the Snapmint customer support team is asking me to contact MIVI. In other words, they’re blaming each other. Now my EMI date has arrived and I didn’t paid the EMI amount. Why should I pay my EMI without receiving my order? Now Snapmint is threatening me saying my cibil will get decreased and I will not get any loans in the future.
