I have ordered my product from snapmint on 4th of September 2023 and made the required amount of downpayment and I also set auto emi payments. It's been 10 day's from my order and I still have no updates on my order and customer service is not responding to any of my complaints.

We have ordered boat ear buds 121 v2 against the order no. #4381675 through website –Snap mint.
But actual product delivered wrong – Ear buds 402 and same product defective also by Boat.
However, we have multiple times raise complaint to snap mint through customer service. But they denied to replace or change the defective product and do complaint to Boat directly.

I never applied for loan or any credit services with snapmint but in my cibil report loan of INR 50K in reflecti g however same has escalated to snapmint over email but still no resolution received from them. Pls look into it as snapmint is unnecessary is harassing me as result will file court case against their directors....

I have ordered oneplus earbuds for 1800 and the amount was deducted.
But there is no order confirmation from their end.
I have selected the EMI option too.
They said will be delivered within 3 days.
But the product was not delivered and there is no response from the team.

I had ordered a Chair from The Sleep company (order id 2071676)and chair was taken through Snapmint as financing partner. HOwever the same chair was returned and The Sleep Co. says the necessary refund of down payment has been done by them to Snapmint. HOwever i have written numerous emails and tried connecting with their customer care, including Grievance emails but could not get any response.
