Snapmint — I haven't received my refund yet

I have not yet received my order yet the delivery guy came twice since all o[censored]s are working people at house we couldn't receive the order. They never contacted us back after that and they canceled the order so I requested for my refund of rs 400 back which was paid to snapmint beforehand, I received a mail from streetstyle store that i will get my refund back within 7 working days when i raised a query but then it was again delayed after sometimes i received a sms from snapmint that 200 rs emi is still left for me to pay them, I even paid then the rest of the money(the total order cost price was 799) and then i expected a refund from there end I have been raising this query to them for a long time now but they haven't taken it seriously so i am here i need help i want the refund of 799 back to my back account through snapmint I will attack each and every required proof nd documents below
