Snapmint — Loan Cleared but No NOC Shared

Hi,

I want to report an issue where I purchased a refrigerator on Snapmint with order ID 1596039 and completed all of its EMI in March 2022.

I have requested for NOC many times, but to no avail. The worst part is they have InCred as their Finance partner and they will not update the CIBIL until Snapmint share the NOC with us.

I would like to point out that InCred and Snapmint have both been sent multiple emails and calls regarding the same, but I am yet to recieve my NOC, and yet to update on my CIBIL
