I Srinivasa Rao purchased Dog Mattress on emi on snapmint.
My EMI starts from 03March 2022. On 01 March Cleared entire due of Rs 1530. Received email confirmation and confirmed by customer care.
Even today i am getting regular SMS from snapmint for paying the EMI. I have submitted the complaint in their portal twice. Got call from their customer care. Updated my payment details. Even sent a screenshot of the same to his whatsapp. tried to contact them so many times but no reply.
Now they are sending SMS stating this will effect your ratings in CIBIL. Request to take up the issue on priority and account my payment.
