Snapmint — Money deducted but order was not placed

I had ordered "Msi Optix G27CQ4 Curved Gaming Monitor '' on MD Computers using snapmint EMI option on 7th november but the order was
not placed on MD Computers and money was deducted from my account. I submitted all the required KYC documents. I had contacted MD Computers and they said they did not get any order request from snapmint. So I sent email regarding this issue, but still there is no reply from them in last 3 days. Sent complaints on there site as well but still no reply.
I would like to get my order quickly in my hand if possible. If it is taking too long then I want refund

MD computer Order ID is 584200 which I tried to track on their site but its not available.
