Snapmint — Order confirmation

I placed an order on leezus yesterday through the number [protected] via instagram.
I opted for the emi option.
The money was deducted from my account, but I didn't receive any order confirmation or invoice.
I contacted Leezus and they said they have not received my order. Kindly look into the matter.
