Snapmint — Product refund

Subject: Request for EMI Adjustment – Refund Already Processed to Snapmint

Dear Snapmint Support,

I am writing to raise a concern regarding an EMI issue for an iPhone purchased through Snapmint.

I had returned the product to the seller, and the full refund was successfully processed and received by Snapmint. The seller has also confirmed that the refund was completed. However, I had already paid one EMI before the refund was processed.

I was informed by your support team that the EMI I had already paid would be adjusted in the upcoming EMIs. Unfortunately, the adjustment has not been made, and the EMI is still showing as due in my account.

I kindly request you to look into this matter and ensure that the paid EMI is adjusted or refunded, as appropriate. Please resolve this at the earliest to avoid further confusion or unnecessary charges on my account.

I am attaching all necessary proof of refund and payment. Looking forward to your prompt resolution.
