I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with a recent purchase of Bacca Bucci shoes made through Snapmint on EMI. On20march 2024, I bought a pair of shoes with the expectation of receiving a high-quality product that would meet my needs. However, upon receiving the shoes, I discovered several issues that have left me deeply disappointed.
Firstly, the quality of the shoes is not up to the standards I anticipated. The material used appears to be of inferior quality, and after wearing them for only a short period, I noticed signs of wear and tear that should not occur so soon after purchase. Additionally, the shoes do not fit comfortably, despite selecting the correct size according to the sizing chart provided.
Furthermore, I am extremely dissatisfied with the EMI payment process through Snapmint. I completed all EMI payments as per the agreed schedule, yet I have not received any reimbursement for the returned product. Despite fulfilling my financial obligations, I am still out of pocket and have not been provided with the level of service I expected.
I request that you take immediate action to rectify this situation by:
1. Providing a full refund of the EMI payments made for the returned product.
2. Ensuring that the reimbursement is processed promptly and credited to my account without further delay.
I trust that you will address these concerns promptly and provide a satisfactory resolution. If necessary, I am prepared to escalate this matter further to ensure a fair outcome.
Please acknowledge receipt of this complaint and provide an update on the actions being taken to resolve the issue.
