Order dispatch but not received

My order is showing as dispatched from 25 days but not received my order I'd 34123443 of 2275 mrp my down payment also debited emi also showing if I don't receive any parcel how should I pay...

I’m filing this complaint against Snapmint regarding loan application ID: 34650813. My EMI schedule is already activated with start date 3rd August 2025, but the loan amount has not been credited to my bank account.

Despite raising multiple tickets (#[protected], #[protected] and receiving false promises of disbursement within 48 working hours, no money has been received. Snapmint keeps sending automated responses and does not resolve the issue.

I am requesting immediate resolution or I will escalate the matter legally via the RBI Ombudsman and Consumer Court. I urge Snapmint to stop this fraudulent practice of activating EMIs without crediting loans.

    Received fake and used shoes no response from support

    I placed an order on Snapmint for a pair of shoes (Order ID: 387184). After a long wait of more than 10 days, I received a used and fake product. The shoes were clearly worn, dirty, and not in new condition.

    I immediately tried to raise a complaint and contacted Snapmint support for a replacement or refund. However, there has been no response or update from their side, even after multiple follow-ups.

    Autopay option Not Cancelled

    I ordered a phone in snapmint and made my down payment and then the order was cancelled without any explanation and down payment was refunded but the autopay ecs mandate is still turned on.. In snapmint app to cancel the ecs mandate they show there is no ecs mandate to cancel but still in my google pay the ecs mandate is turned on showing in live and no cancel option is showing.. Kindly resolve the issue and stop my ecs mandate option....

      I purchased a Flu Mattress via Snapmint (Order ID:[protected]. I requested a return, and both Snapmint and Flo Mattress refused to process it — each blaming the other. I was never informed at purchase that returns are not allowed on Snapmint purchases.

      This is a violation of consumer protection laws and misleading business practice.

      I now demand a full refund AND to retain the mattress as compensation for the mental stress and inconvenience caused. If not resolved within 72 hours, I will:

      File a complaint via alternate legal forums like ConsumerComplaints.in, Trustpilot, MouthShut, and RBI Escalation

      Stop EMI payments via a formal dispute with Snapmint’s NBFC partner

      Publish a detailed post on Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn tagging your brands for public awareness

      You are now officially on notice.

          I received a incomplete product with missing components, first they said the missing components will be delivered separately later they said they will return or replace the product, after 2 weeks they said pickup will be done within 2 days, I’ve waited for almost 1 month I have contacted them almost every day, still no proper answer from them.
          For last few days they are asking me to pay the emi for that product, how I pay the emi for missing product

            Closing my account

            I order regular from snapmint but feb 2025 when I order one product.. I give down payment but they didn’t even deliver the product and also close my snapmint account.. this is so so much frustrating and disturbing me mentally.. I am trying to manage my cibil but they close my account and not responding my emails...

            EMI processed without getting the amount/voucher

            I have taken one EMI amount worth 7500 as flipkart voucher through snapmint app (order id:[protected] yesterday (09/02/2025). Snapmint sent the mail for avail the voucher and i did the avail then it’s showing it would be sent the voucher to the mail within 30 minutes, unfortunately there is no such mail received yet but the in application status changed and my EMI started...

              I am shishupal prajapat i have taken the treatment of my wife Falu devi in FEB 24 in Manglam plus medicity hospital. Now in my paytm app showing the loan 63952 i have talked with snapmint employee to sattle amount and paid 5000 INR per EMI for the same with discussion with MS. Neha MOb- [protected] but it in not deducted in this loan amount. i am regularly calling for the same but no one is answering to sattle this loan kindly do the needful otherwise i will complaint in consumer court.

                  Dear Snapmint Team,

                  My name is Adarsh, and I placed an order for a *TrueView 4G SIM 4MP Solar Powered CCTV Security Camera* on Amazon through the Snapmint application. The order details are as follows:

                  Snapmint Order ID: 21775491
                  Amazon Order ID:[protected]
                  Order Value: ₹8, 400

                  On September 27, 2024, I received a call from the courier, informing me that the package was being delivered with a "Cash on Delivery" (COD) payment option of ₹8, 399. However, I had chosen Snapmint’s EMI payment option and already paid the amount upfront at the time of placing the order. As a result, I declined to accept the COD package and requested the courier to return it to Amazon.

                  Since then, I have been waiting for the refund, but even after a month, I have not received the amount back from Snapmint.

                  To my surprise, today, an amount of ₹2, 516 was debited from my bank account as EMI for this order. I am concerned, as I did not receive the product, and I was under the impression that the order would be canceled, and the amount refunded to Snapmint after I rejected the COD delivery.

                  Given these circumstances, I kindly request that you:

                  1. Refund the down payment of ₹1, 344 and the EMI payment of ₹2, 516 to my bank account at the earliest.
                  2. Cancel the autopay and any future EMI charges associated with this order.

                  I am also attaching proof of the order cancellation for your review. Please check the attached document.

                  Please address this matter promptly, as I expected the return and cancellation process to be handled smoothly once the product was returned to Amazon.
