It is my complaint against the payment I made that we downpayment and no details are shown or the order is not confirmed anything about it there is no information on the app or on the Flipkart app on my phone my registered mobile number I am mentioning it here my registered email id to snap and account I am resting here and please resolve this issue either please order or please refund my down payment....

I placed an order on Snapmint for a pair of shoes (Order ID: 387184). After a long wait of more than 10 days, I received a used and fake product. The shoes were clearly worn, dirty, and not in new condition.

I ordered a phone in snapmint and made my down payment and then the order was cancelled without any explanation and down payment was refunded but the autopay ecs mandate is still turned on.. In snapmint app to cancel the ecs mandate they show there is no ecs mandate to cancel but still in my google pay the ecs mandate is turned on showing in live and no cancel option is showing.. Kindly resolve the issue and stop my ecs mandate option....

I have taken one EMI amount worth 7500 as flipkart voucher through snapmint app (order id:[protected] yesterday (09/02/2025). Snapmint sent the mail for avail the voucher and i did the avail then it’s showing it would be sent the voucher to the mail within 30 minutes, unfortunately there is no such mail received yet but the in application status changed and my EMI started...

I repay every emi on Snapmint before it dates, my last emi is on 3 may 2024 but that emi is also i paid before its time, because of calls and messages getting from Snapmint. Even after paying all emi i get regularly calls and messages near about 15- 20 calls every day and messages. I tried reaching Snapmint customer care but they didn't reply me. Their call number is only for queries no one will talk with us. Please do something quik about...
