Snapmint — Received fake and used shoes no response from support

I placed an order on Snapmint for a pair of shoes (Order ID: 387184). After a long wait of more than 10 days, I received a used and fake product. The shoes were clearly worn, dirty, and not in new condition.

I immediately tried to raise a complaint and contacted Snapmint support for a replacement or refund. However, there has been no response or update from their side, even after multiple follow-ups.

This is extremely disappointing and unacceptable. I request the company to take this complaint seriously and provide either a refund or a proper replacement as soon as possible.
