Ordered mattress from Sleepycat where the same website recommended Snapmint for EMI options and paid initial amount of rupees 4860/- unfortunately Sleepycat mattress was delivered with wrong size, because of their response same mattress ordered has been cancelled, approved loan EMI from Snapmint were closed by Sleepycat but the initial amount I paid to Snapmint was not yet refunded.
Contacted via IVR call but it said refund will be processed in 48 hours but didn't happened
Mailed to [protected]@snapmint.com no response from them still amount has been not refunded till now!

On 09-APR-2022 Amount of rupees 4860.00 INR paid as initial amount for SleepyCat Snapmint Credit Advisory Pvt Ltd. Seems all EMI transactions has been disabled from Snapmint but still this paid amount of rupees 4860 (transaction ID UPI/[protected] has not been returned to my account. I have checked twice with account statement. Kindly help on this issue.
