[Resolved] Snapmint — Refund not received. its almost 2 months

My order id is 1484474. I ordered Sony Alpha ILCE 6000Y 24.3 MP Mirrorless Camera with 16-50 mm and 55-210 mm Zoom Lenses (APS-C Sensor, Fast Auto Focus, Eye AF) - Black worth 26800. (3599*7 emi) paid downpayment 4865rs. after order i got tracking id. in tracking detail i seen snapmint shipping wrong product. snapmint was shipping samsung refrigerator instead of camera, so i called snapmint customer service. they agreed that it was their mistake and a sony camera is not available. its some technical issue on their application or website. they canceled my order and made promise to refund 4865rs within 7 working day. i purchased on 25th November 2020. its almost 2 month and yet not refunded. i tried to contact snapmint but no setisfying answer from snapmint. everytime i call them they contact me through whatsapp and take my details and not answering my text. (PLEASE NOTE THAT SNAPMINT CUSTOMER SERVICE NO[protected] IS NOT TOLL FREE SO EVERY TIME I CALL THEM IT COST ME 15- 25 RS AND NO SETISFYING ANSWER.)

I messaged snapmint on facebook. called their customer care service and demanded refund as soon as possible and warn them if they will not refund then i will go to consumer court!. i got most setisfying answer from facebook page. their customer care service is ver poor ! finally got my money back(but question is who will pay for the time i wasted on them? )

First oder id - 1635922, and second oder id[protected]First reason i pay downpayment ₹300 but oder not successfuly done and this oder cancelled (2) second reason i pay downpayment ₹300 but i am not approved this loan. 2 oder same day placed. I pay 2 refundable amount 24 February And i post this comment today 4th march i have not received yet.
