We have ordered boat ear buds 121 v2 against the order no. #4381675 through website –Snap mint.
But actual product delivered wrong – Ear buds 402 and same product defective also by Boat.
However, we have multiple times raise complaint to snap mint through customer service. But they denied to replace or change the defective product and do complaint to Boat directly.
I have multiple contact & email to boat with evidences but they don't given any solution.
So that I have not paid the remaining amount of EMI to snap mint. But they do multiple auto reminder to me through SMS & Auto Calls.
