Snapmint — Wrong loan account no 380551403022022109215 showing in my cibil score

I have never apply or use Snapmint EMI services but snapmint finance open loan account no 380551403022022109215 using my pan details and aadhaar details.
I have complaint many time regarding this via twitter and mail but snapmint never reply.
It may be someone miss using my pan no or aadhaar no.
But snapmint never verified using aadhaar OTP or biometric verification
And a fake account open behalf of my details.
It's Snapmint responsibility to verify to the customer using aadhaar OTP verification or biometric verification or physical verification by visiting to customer address.
But snapmint never verify my identity using above method.
I request to close this loan account no 380551403022022109215
