Defective Microwave Oven not replaced or refunded

I had purchased a microwave oven on the 27/09/2009 manufactured by Videocon Ltd. The said item was delivered on the 28/09/09. Since we were at office the servant accepted. On opening the pack the next day, we found that the piece was damaged, i.e. a dent was found on the body of the piece. IS SNEHANJALI MIRA ROAD ONLY INTERESTED IN GETTING AN ORDER AND NOT PAYING TO CUSTOMER SERVICE? 10 days past but no deliver of products inspite of making full payment on the first day...i am amazed the kind of services they offer...

very very poor service from SNEHANJALI ELECTRONICS MIRA ROAD. I had purchased bajaj microwave oven on 11th October2009 with free chetak mixer offer. I was promised that the product along with oven kit and mixer grinder will be delivered to my place next day. However, we had to send several reminders to get the product. Finally after 3 days we received only oven and was promised that the kit and mixer will be delivered next day. Till date i.e. 20th Oct 09, we are yet to receive both these products. When I went to Snehanjali yesterday, I was told that there is no stock, however, they are expecting it tonight and it will be delivered today (Tuesday, 20th Oct) without fail. I am shocked to know that neither they called to inform that we are unable to deliver nor they have delivered the products.
I am extremely disspointed by their services and they claim to be providing prompt services while they are unable to adhere to basic requirement. I thinking of returning microwave oven and ask for full refund of my money.
If they can't dliver what they promise, why the hell they promise. At the time of buying, they emphasis so much on brands and products and give whole lot of gyan, but if the products are not delivered even after 10 days, whom do you trust and why. They dont bother to call or check whether the customer who has placed an order and has paid the full amount has received the product or no. Strange to see such kind of services in these times of customer-centric market.

Very Very Poor service from SNEHANJALI ELECTRONICS MIRA ROAD/Andheri. I had purchased more than 7-8 electronics home appliances/Electronics on 11th April 2010 with the promised that the product will be delivered in next 2-3days after the cheque clearance. However, they themselves conveys that it takes 8 days for couriering the cheque to reach their Banks, as international cheques get cleared within 8days span of time. Finally after 8 days When I went to Snehanjali yesterday, I was told that the list what they had faxed to Snehanjali(mira Road) is not readable, and they gave the whole description during that phone conversation as it was a call for delivery confirmation as per Snehanjali(Andheri) while it turn out to be passing delivery details from model no., products to the address along with the landmark too. however, they are expecting to be delivered today (Tuesday, 20th April 10) hopefully without fail. I am shocked to know that neither they called to inform that we are unable to deliver nor they have delivered the products.

I had brought electronics gadgets from Snehanjali, Opp.Shoppers Stop, Kandivili. While shifting my house I got the original bills lost. Since all the gadgets which I brought arer over 80, 000 INR is still in warantty and it is must for me to get a duplicate bill. I requested the dealers representative One joshi, to get me a duplicate bill which he agreed on paying Rs.100. They told me to get the bills on May 1, 2010 and having approached the dealers office he refused to get me the bill telling I should have protected it and he is not bound to get me a duplicate one and suggested me that I can approach consumer forum. My washing machine of Samsung model got inoperational and the parts being costly I can save money only if I produce the bill to the Samsung company.

I appeal to the good citizens of Mumbai to help to get the bills and also for a way forward how such incidences can be avoided in future.

i am facing the same problem even paying money on the first day its been now 7 days not received delivery
would not recommend anybody in my entire life
I had paid cash by debit card and booked 1.5 T one air-conditioner 06.06.2010 but due to some reason I have changed my decision and requested for 1 T air conditioner.M/S Snehanjali Electronics Boiser promised me to deliver product on 07.06.2010, but they could not deliver product even after 5 to 6 days.I have the cancelled my order and requested for refund of money.
Even up to 18.06.2010 i have not received the payment.I have purchased product by DEBIT CARD and not by CREDIT CARD
This very much bad business tactics and poor response.

WILL SNEHANJALI MANAGEMENT LOOK IN TO MATTER AND SOLVE THE ISSUE.?

i had purchased a laptop and first of all i had to fight to get my delivery on date .it was delayed .they only know to fool people... yet i hv not recieved my accessories.. and when i go to talk about it bloody these people behave pathetically. sheer nonsense, irresponsible, bad service and i dont understand the manager is blind, deaf to all these complains. im sure it will have to shut down in nr future...hard but true...

Well just to add on what is mentioned above, these guys are absoultely absurd... I purchased AC from them and was promised freebies, AC was delivered on time however without freebies, when asked why it was not delivered the salesman was very rude and said, "I made a mistake of delivering the AC". This is absolutely ... how come they can talk to their customers...I want to go ahead and complain to Consumer court about their attitude and the way they do their business..

On 25th Nov, Sunday we booked Onida 1 ton split Air Condition in Snehanjali - Maxus Mall to gift someone & given Rs. 5000 as basic payment & within 10 mins, when we are completing other formalities, we knew, that whom we are gifting the A/C, won't b possible to take it. We immedietly told them our problem & we told them, we are ready to take some other product. But they don't allow us & we had no other option, rather than taking delivery of it. Now I am facing a problem at CBD Navi Mumbai
booked a Faber 30l microwave oven ..on 17/ 8/2013.
Was told it would come today .. full payment was made by debit card yesterday itself.
Was told it would come today Sunday ..Stayed at home
Called in the morning was told it would come in the afternoon.
Calked at 4 o clock was told it would come by 6o clock.
Called at 630 was told it would come by 9pm.
called at 9 was told it was on the way ...would be there at 9.15pm
Now 10.30 ..NO DELIVERY

    I have purchased the Godrej Fidge on[protected] from Snehanjali Electronics & Appliances Pvt. Ltd
    Shop No 1, Shop No 1 Trishul, Malad (West), Mumbai, Maharashtra[protected] , with my credit card and i have to take the delivery on[protected] and they have given me as on[protected] and damaged fridge and i have return back the fridge and now they are taking the time to giving back my Rs.15500/- they are telling we give the letter and then you will get the amt back in 15 days.

    same happened with my washing machine.. bought 15 days back, LG, stops during spinnin and they're not ready to replace or refund... can we do something concrete about this???
    I am customer of Snehanjali Dombivali (E) branch. I am purchase Refridrator Whirlpool on 16 Oct by Bajaj Finance also paid down payment as per finance terms.

    But last week Snehanjali people swipe my card and get excess payment from last 8-9 days i am follow up with people for refund my excess payment but they people not any positive replay.

    I need money for Diwali Occassion, please resolve may problem as early as possible.

    Kindly do the needful.

    I have purchased Godrej Spilt Ac from Snehanjali Dombivili (East) branch. These people just fool around customers. I had complaint in my Ac they sent a technician not from the company but some outsider. Now the company is telling us that they have not installed our Ac. Never ever buy any products from Snehanjali. They are cheaters.

      I bought a tv and washing machine from snehanjali amboli
      in two days there was a leak in machine.
      when i informed them they dont talk properly.
      they says we have sold its its now your responsibility.

      Think twice before buying anything from SNEHANJALI ELECTRONICS

      I purchased a pure water Dispenser from Snehanjali E&A, Andheri (W), Opp. Rly. crossing on 6/07/2009. My bill no is 841191. I paid full cash on the same day. The sales person informed me that the dispenser will get installed within 48 hrs. The company person will come to install it. But till no body has turned up for installation.After repeatedly calling the shop (snehanjali) they are only promising that they will send some one. This they are doing since yesterday. Today once again I called the shop at 1600 hrs. only to get one more promise that somebody will come to you.Then at 1900 hrs one person called up on my mobile phone and adressed that he is coming in 15 minutes but till 2100hrs he didnot come. This is spoiling your company's name.I dont understand what to do in this matter.

      Sir,

      You No.1 had put up your stall in Ice Megaexpo Consumer Exhibition in month of December in Bandra Kurla Complex. In the said exhibition you No.1 had displayed products of you No.2.

      On your representation regarding the quality and after sales services I had purchased the following products of you No.2 from you No.1 under Invoice bearing Ref. No.790812 dated 27.12.2009 in name of the undersigned and paid sum of Rs.12, 300/- (Rupees Twelve Thousand Three Hundred only) vide credit card to you No.1. The details of the products purchased are as hereunder and as more particularly stated in the said Invoice of you No.1, hereto annexed and marked ANNEXURE ‘A’ being Invoice of you No.1 Ref. No.790812 dated 27.12.2009 and ANNEXURE ‘B’ being the credit card slip confirming payment :-

      1) Multimedia speakers bearing model No.VCH45BUN
      2) Videocon Flat TV 21 inches Model No.VDS21GBV – 2009
      3) DVD Player bearing Model No. VAD 11

      The said products were duly delivered at my residence address as mentioned in the invoice at night on January 1, 2010. On delivery it was informed at the time of delivery that a representative of you No.2 will visit within 2 days for installation and demo.

      As per the information your representative visited my residence probably on January 4, 2010 for the said purpose. On installation it was informed that the Multimedia speakers bearing model No.VCH45BUN, the woofer was damaged and broken and is required to be replaced. The said representative also contacted you No.1 and communicated the same. At that time you No.1 informed that the product would be replaced within 24 hours but the same did not happen.

      I on January 6, 2010 once again contacted you No.1 and spoke to one Mr. Shaikh, who introduced himself as manager of you No.1. On contacting Mr. Shaikh promised that the product will be replaced and delivered on the said day by night but inspite of promise the said did not happen.

      I once again contacted you No.1 on January 7, 2010 contacted you No.1, once again reiterated, repeated and confirmed the entire facts and it was once again promised by your representative Mr. Shaikh and the damaged product will be replaced, he further promised that the product has already been received from the company, loaded in the transport and further also provided the tempo driver’s contact no for that I can confirm the same. On contacting the tempo driver, he was shocked and surprised and informed that there was no such product to be delivered in my name and asked me to confirm with you No.1. On hearing the tempo driver I once again contacted you No.1 who after prolonged discussion once again promised me to look into the matter.

      The same promises continued till today morning wherein I was asked to call from one number and another but all in vain and hence I am compelled and have no alternative left but to serve you with his notice.

      I also contacted you No.2 on your toll free No. who provided me the local service centre No. of Worli. I contacted the local Worli service centre and reiterated, repeated and confirmed the said facts. The representative searched the records and confirmed that a representative from their office had visited my residence and he too promised that they will look into the matter and will contact me but even they failed and neglected to do the needful. The product delivered was damaged, broken and sub – standard and atleast not expected from a repudiated company like you No.2.

      You No.1 and you No.2 have jointly and severally cheated by supplying such sub – standard, damaged and defective product due to which I am unable to use and utilize the said product inpite of payment of the total consideration. I hereby call upon you to replace the damaged product with immediate effect on receipt of this notice, failing which I shall have no alternative but me compelled to approach the appropriate Court of law and initiate appropriate legal action against you, jointly and severally, together with damages, compensation etc.

      This notice will be treated as final notice / intimation before initiating appropriate legal action.
      I had purchased a Videocon fridge from Snehanjali at the Times Lifestyle Exhibition at Bandra Kurla complex on Sunday Feb 21st, 2010. While at the time of purchase I was told that the fridge will be delivered latest on Tuesday (23rd), it is Wednesday (24th) today and on repeated follow up (Snehanjali have never bothered to call up so far), I am told that they are yet to take delivery of the fridge from Videocon, and so it may take a few more days to be delivered. My opinion about Videocon and Snehanjali is that they are fraud organisations who will go to any extent to grab customers, but once they receive payment, they simply do not bother to provide any sort of service to them.

      I had purchase a TV and when they delivered the TV the remote was issing despite of complaing
      nothing was done.
      i am staying at nalasopara west.i was book blue star split ac at Tuesday.they delivered today but didn't fitment i was complaint at there shop manager patil also but he ignore my complaint.i ll never that happened.so SNEHANJLI is the number 1 worst shop.the shop keeper the manager and employee also include every story.i ll spoil snehanjali name from today.
      Have booked Washing machine at snehanjali andheri west branch on 22/04/18 have done the full cash payment on monday evening 23/04/18. It was informed by the excecutive ms deepa that the product deliver wil be done the next day with the percentage that 99% product will be delivered on 24/04/18 that 99% is still not come. Also post that called to inquire so she was suppose to check and call me becuase that time their system was not working 3 hours back again i called up she informed me that their system's still not working than i ask her to contact me to the floor manager she handed over the phone to Mr Patil he was also in full attitude no manners to talk to customer's first he was not ready to listen and than gave me big story that godown is at bhiwandi it takes time he also told me if i want i can write to the CEO of the company. He also assured that the delivery will be done on 25/04/18 but now its 26/04/18 till date delivery is not done. Problem is not the delivery but the manager itself don't have manner's to talk . Post followin up today again he confirmed me that they will they will deliver it today.

      We dont buy the product after seeing the CEO or directly from the CEO we visit branches and buy it so please educate the staff to have proper way of speaking the giving correct information and also whatever committment they give they should adhere to it.
