Hi i purchased the above product from snehanjali virar east branch. I was shocked when i inquired about the price of the product online. They told me that because of sunday we have an offer u will get the product for rs 4444 which is for around rs 7500, however the original market price of the product is actually rs 4882... This is how they cheat. Be care full. On top of that they have an accessory missing and even the main product was was not working properly. The main motor inside is running but the attached one i. E which is used for kneding, chopping etc is not rotating. Such a pathetic quality. Please refrain from buying anthing at snehanjali

    To whomsoever it may concern,

    I purchased philip led tv 39’ on 28th march 2017 from 1 of your reputed dealer “snehanjali – kandivli east’.

    On 4th september 2017 around 2.30pm burning smell came from tv which was very weared, we check our each & every electrical connections but we found it was coming from backside of the tv.

    I lounge a complaint in the evening around 8.45pm, the executive gave a commitment of resolution of 48hrs to 72 hrs which i accepted due to ganpati visarjan the very next day, got a reference number through message mum[protected] with response code r34886.

    On 6th september 2017 got a message from your company itself, that my tv will be repaired from 1 of your well-trained executive mr. Dinesh ([protected]), svc point [protected] & scode s91511 appointment date today at 2:00pm, my sister by herself called up him around 3:00pm for which he said “15 min lagega aur 30mins bhi lag sakta”& he came around 3.15pm. I think sending an appointment time is useless. As i know the executive may stuck in traffic or some other natural delays. (Advice :- at least a call to be given to customers in case of delays rather than keeping someone wait – “time is very much precious in todays time - yours & mine`s too”.

    Your well trained executive put some solution on the backside of the tv and said some board needs to be changed which he can replace it if it is available in your company means spending 29k+ amount in led tv is something like am buying 200rs thing which is not sure when it can be available, so for that thing too we have to wait for more 2-3 days as per your executive statement.

    After everything was windup, my sister asked him why such things occurred within 4 and half months time period, he replied “1 year many repair/problems occurs in led tv comparing with smart phones costing at high prices also get problems which is not been guaranted” it means paying my hardcore money in your led tv is just like paying for roadside things which is not been guaranteed from that roadside seller.

    Huge reputed company like philips & snehanjali sells products costing in lacs are also not guaranted if your small products are like roadside.

    I need a response in a positive manner as soon as possible... I want a replacement if board is not available or compensation if delay in repairs.

    Buying a "philips product" was the biggest mistake of my life... But i will not let it take a toll over me anymore..

    This was the 1st time i purchased your product rather than samsung.

    Trust which was bulid in this 4 months took me just some hours to broke in several mannerism.

    Looking forward for best resolution and customer experience going forward with philips.

    Will not appreciate any further delay

      I had purchased products from snehanjali in kandivali. I had not taken bill from them as they told they will give it with delivery & at delivery time i was not available so they didn't gave the bill. I also forgot to collect it later. Now my one of the product is not working so asked them for bill then this people's are just taking details of everything and from last one month they are not interested to arrange bill. These people's are only interested to sale there products after that they don't care for customers. I am staying very far from there store as i have been shifted but they don't understand these things i visited them 3 times for same but no use. I will suggest not to buy products from them very very poor service.

      Its My Bad Luck I had Purchase A Mitashi TV 65 Inches fro the Snehanjali Digi1 Kalyan west Branch. They Have Missed the USB of the Air Mouse. we have logged a complaint @ a month but till it is not done. Daily they are making fool we are fallowing daily. but no response.

        Hi team,

        I had purchased the tv from the snehanjali stores one year ago... Of the lg 32". Since the tv purchase i had called up you technicians 3 times for the display issue to due manufacturing defect piece provided from your end. I am writing this bcoz i am very much frustrated. See the technicians visits and feedback...

        1st time : came and repaired the tv, however tv worked for next 10 days and same issue started (Display gone blank)

        2nd time: technician came and changed some part of the display and gone away tv worked for 3 months. He told to extend the warranty, but due to some tragic demises & we were unable to do at that instant, technician informed we can extend till 1.5 years

        3rd time : tv was not working at all, technician came and asked for the money rs:300 for the opening the tv as warranty was expired, and was informing if we get the things done from lg it will cost rs:14, 000/- & if he will make personally the he will take rs:7000/- (He & his friend will come to repair)

        My point of writing the above comprehension was am i mad to take lg products,

        Why should i suffer for the manufacturing defects of lg...?

          With extreme regret, wish to put forth mental agony we faced becos of snehanjali after placing order for 2acs (1ton, 3*carrier + 1 led 42 smart tvwith digi 1 at ghansoli since date of booking on 6.6.2017. The staff at snehanjali are evasive and have been able to dodge me till date (31.7.2017), have offered me voltas brand, but delivery not yet done.

            I bought ac from these guys. They sent some ac repair guy to my house. These guys fitted some 15-20ft copper wire at 250/ft and billed this to me.
            1 month later i moved house and had to get re-fitting. The new electrician (From a different company), showed me that i had been cheated. The 15-20 'copper' wire was only 1 ft copper and 19 ft aluminium which is 1/8 of the cost. This is a clear case under section 420/417. When i called customer care those guys told me that ac fitting is not done through snehanjali but the company (Samsung in this case) does it itself. I know for a fact that the technician came through these guys. When i tried calling on the numbers given on the bill, none was picked up and one number showed snehanjali on truecaller!!

              Hi,

              We ordered 2 Split AC's of Daikin 1ton from Snehanjali stores kandivali(w) branch on date:"19/06/2017".
              We were informed that the order will be delivered in 2-3 days & another lower version model was delivered to us.
              After highlighting them they apologized and said "We don't have the model that you have ordered. If you want the same model you have to wait for few more days", We had no option apart from waiting. False promises & excuses were given again & again.
              Final delivery date of 15th July was said, but still we have not received the AC's neither there was any communication from the shop

              PS: 1 month ago we made full advanced payment of 45, 500 by cheque.

              It has delayed everything...what ever they said was not completed on time... installation is not yesterday done even after 15 days...people are rude ...very bad customer service...I am filing a complain again consumer court...

                I have asked for duplicate bill copy of tv i have purchased from digi1 maxus mall, bhayandar west store. But the store manager tries to make follish me and asked for 500rs to give the buplicate bill. And giving nonsense excuse that after 31st march their all the data get erased and rudly shown me the gate of the shop. Every shop or company are giving duplicate bill copy as post serivce to the customer but they are just thinking that they are only some thing.
                I have asked for duplicate bill copy of mobile. I have purchased Samsung J7Prime from Snehanjali, mira road. but the executive said that data is not found in their system. i visited the shop at 2 times and both times executive said the same thing.

                  Pls note that the below mentioned complaints are there for the said ac
                  1.ac is not cooling d area
                  2. There is water leakage from achina
                  3. The ac flap remains open after switching off ac
                  4. Installation of this ac was not done properly
                  5. 2 remotes r found from the box
                  Its new ac & the technician said we will repair the ac and give the same.
                  You are requested to kindly consider the matter on high priority basis.

                    I had purchased lcd tv of 42500 amout they promised me that they will diver u the fresh piece but when i recived the piece after opening it i saw a dent on it and cleaning marak after which i call them and told them u had send me the display piece instat of fresh piece now problem is i recieved an display piece which was hang on display for ex month which i dnt know now when i told them about this problem they started making excuse that they din deliver u the display piece but when i went to store i saw that that piece was not their and i ask them about it but they told that the piece has been sold to some one else i ask about it but they din gave me the number of that customer and told me to leave the store now i am in problem what to do?

                      To whom so ever it may concern..

                      For the details mentioned in subject - I had made advance payment of ₹ 500 towards booking of Refrigerator. But within an hours time I returned to cashier and asked him to cancel my booking and refund the amount.

                      After repeating myself thrice the fellow cashier responded "being a gudhi padwa weekend, the staff are on holiday." They scanned the copy of invoice and said they would process in couple of days.

                      Whereas I revisited the showroom for my refund 2 days later, they had the similar tone of answer "it will take time and we shall call you".

                      On 13th day since, my third visit, they say "we have emailed the team today itself" - it takes your trained staff to reach upto your other trained staff 2 weeks to place a simple request ?
                      I doubt their intentions. Is the refund already in the pockets of your cashier ?

                      Being a practicing Chartered Accountant myself, I know how the cashiers of various organisations work and indulge in frauds. And I suspect this to be one.

                      I admit, I haven't come across such reluctant, irresponsible, clueless, confused and unhelpful representatives on cash counter.

                      It's been 1 and half month since. I haven't been contacted nor have I received my refund cash / cheque or any update in this regards.
                      I have waster more fuel / conveyance and time to receive the refund than the amount actually is. But I shall see to it that I don't fall yet another victim to your fraudulent practices.
                      This is the final time I am raising my voice for my right. Failing the same from your end I would use this email / complaint as evidence along with the voucher at consumer court to shut the frauds carried out at your organisation causing harassment to me.

                      Further, I promise to take whatever action it takes to get rid of the way you fool customers and make them forcefully give up for their refund.
                      Hi I bought the Hitachi 1.5 ton Split Ac on 09/06/17 from the store in ulhasnagar.The delivery happened on very next day but after installation product didnt started working. i followed the store they say hitachi engineer will come to check. while asking about replacement of faulty product they denied.

                        I have purchased a coller from snehanjali miraroad, invoice no: K1900959A on 6th may 2017 at price of 5700rs, it was having a defect and took it back to the store next day to return it, i spoke with supervisors farha and yogesh and they told me that it will take 2 days for the return to take place I called up after 2 days and they are not aware of the return they told that will get a call back but no one called I am now cheated by this store I am going to take help from local people as I have spend by hard earned money need help to fight against this kind of service from the store

                              Ref. Voucher No. 914467 Dtd. 29th March, I have booked 1.5 Ton Carrier make AC from Kalyan (w) shop vide card payment to avoid any delay of clearance of cheque which could affect the scheduled delivery.

                              At time of booking I have paid the entire payment on only the commitment of delivery of product on 1st April & installation on 2nd April.

                              Yesterday I have waited for the product till late evening and finally call to Mr. Shuklaji but he could not manage to do so hence today I have visited to your shop & once again meet to shuklaji and clarified my all the grievance and also request him to cancel the order and refund for payment for non delivery of product in committed schedule. Then Shuklaji apologize for the same checked the despatch schedule and committed for delivery on today only.

                              But still I am waiting for the same.

                                I have bought the above subject nomenclature ac on dt. 23.04.2016, it worked very well and i am fully satisfied. But now as summer season has appoached and the usage of ac has increased, but it is regretted to state that the cooling which i got initially, now i am not getting the same. I bought it from snehanjali digi 1, badlapur east state maharashtra, via voucher no. Sls1636328, invoice no. Ae653792, order no. Ord1620477, date: 23.04.2016. Even i have telephonically made a complant about the same but i haven't received any service or feedback. They assured me that my problem will be solved within 48 hours but to no avail.                                   I have taken a godrej 1 ton split AC (May 2016) from Snehanjali Virar West (Next to Vijay Sales). They not given the service slips and neither the person is visiting for the service. Once a person visited for 1st service and asked for service slip which i didnt have so i went along with him to Snehanjali shop and asked for the slip which they didnt have. I was told that the slips would be sent to my home i have visited 2 more times after that but the i am not getting the slips and the service
                                  I purchased the fridge 2 days before and I didn't got delivery . And delivery boy came with product he said, " for delivery you have to pay money 500 to 1000 rupees". I contacted the manager for this problem he didn't any good response.

                                    We went to snehanjali electronics Kalyan west to purchase AC. We finalized the AC from Voltas and that was the last piece available and we were guaranteed by the sales executives that nothing will happen to the AC and it will be fully functional and we will take care in case there is any issue. The AC was delivered and during installation the technician noticed defect in the AC and so we complained at the shop and then we had to put more money and buy a new Godrej AC and we were again assured that the defected ac will taken back and new AC will be delivered. We requested them to do the installation once the AC is delivered as we both are working and scheduling our time is difficult. Today is the third day the ac is still not installed and on complaining the person in charge is using un -ethical languages and also the technician are using foul languages and after talking to store they person in charge for delivery and installation says you come to the store and take back the installation charges paid for which he will provide cheaque. This is utter nonsense and pathetic service.

                                      Status- replacement of television not yet done.
                                      No one at the service centre as well as the dealer are able to confirm the day the television would be replaced.

                                      The guys at the service centre are not sure when the set is going to be replaced, if there is no stock for the same i am willing to upgrade to a better model also.

                                        My name is vikram sonawane, i purchased a lg himalaya cooling air conditioner from shop no.412, sheet no.26, section 5&6, shivaji chowk ulhasnagar dist.Thane 421003, on 19 april 2015,
                                        when i purchased this product that time they told me that condencer and all its wireing or fitting is of copper and there is problem in my a/c, i called a technician he told me that your condenser is of alluminium(allloy) they cheated me and i cant afford the charges of repairs, that is about 7500 to 8000
                                        so please help me
