I had bought Washing Machine of LG from

Snehanjali Retail Pvt. Ltd
4, Heena Gaurav Heights, Opp. Shopper's Stop,
S.V.Road, Kandivali ( West).Mumbai - 400 067.

We had purchased the Washing Machine 6.2, Model No.7239UL on 25.01.2012 in the name of Harendra Shah for Rs.13,000

They promised us to deliver the machine on 2nd feb but we didn't receive it.
So we enquired about the delivery status on 2nd feb to which the dealer replied that the machine is out of stock currently and asked us to select other machine. So we went to take the refund back as we denied to select the other model.

When we went there at the shop to take the money back, but he told us to wait for 2-3 days more and promised us to deliver the same model.

After 3 days we received the delivery of washing machine, but the dealer had sent us the Second Hand Machine. The Executive who came to show the demo also agreed that it is a second hand machine to which we called the dealer again but he denied to accept it. After a lot of argument over the phone the dealer finally agreed that the machine they have sent was a second hand machine, which was in their warehouse and told us to use the same second hand machine they have sent.

Finally after so much, we lost our patience and told him to refund us our money back, but he is saying that it will take 20-25 days to refund as the money will come from the company and not from their shop. We now don't want the machine or any replacement for that machine as this is totally a fraud case.

Also I would like to inform you that I am not the only customer who is the Victim of the fraud case by this dealer. We have seen 4-5 customers already at the shop who were fighting for the delay in delivery of the purchased items.

Also When we went to police for registering FIR for this fraud case they DENIED to register saying that the Concerned person is not there to look after this case, and he will come after 18th Feb, so come at that time.

So now Please inform us how can we get the our money refunded within a day or 2 and also I would tell you to take the strict action against the dealer.

    On 18/12/2011, I booked a home theatre of Samsung from M/s Snehanjali Retail Pvt. Ltd. - Vasai. Since i wanted home theatre with wireless speakers, salesman advised me to go for model number HT D 550.

    i recieved delivery of the product on 22/12/2011 and after lot of followup, comapy referesentative visited my bunglow on 23/12/2011 for installation. When he opened the pack, he told my family that it is with wired speakers and not wireless. I refused to accpet the product as since begining I want wireless speakers only.

    Now, no one from Snehanjali or Samsung is giving me any commitment on date / time when the product will be repleaced. My money is blocked since 18/12/2011 and I am feeling cheated.

      i purchased a samsung ac and godrej eon fridge on 22/10/11 from snehanjali electronic planets pvt. ltd. virar branch. i made full payment by cheque they promised me they will deliver the product with in a week with free gift (chopper, toaster, iron ,electric kettle ) bill no 684135 amt rs.29,480/- . but they only deliver fridge and iam still waiting for ac and the free gifts. there customer service people are only promising to deliver but not keeping their promise .what should i do now pls advise.

        I had booked LG Microwave (31 Lts - Model: MC8188 HRC with Kit) on July 09, 2011 from Snehanjali Retail Pvt Ltd, 4 Heena Gaurav Heights, Opp.Shopper's Stop, S.V.Road, Kandivili(W), Mumbai-67. The booking and the payment was accepted by them only after confirming the availability of the piece with the company. However, even after 45 days since the delivery was not affected, while enquiring it was given to understand that the piece delivered by the company to them was not in order and they will arrange a new piece. They made me visit 3 -4 times during these 2 months saying the new piece is going to get delivered. Finally in the month of September (afte 2 months) they offered to show me some other model of LG since the ordered piece was seemed not available/supplied by the company with the condition that, if I like the one alternate piece shown the they would deliver OR refund will be given. I did't like that model and confirmed immediately that the refund to be given. Today we are 9th Sept, still refund is awaited.

        This shows the customer care and the service of Snehanjali Retail Pvt Ltd.

        With this experience, shopping again with Snehanjali is ruled out.

          As of Sept 2011:
          Service delivery & Customer commitment is where this Snehanjali Electronics,Kalyan totally fails. Not ensuring that a proper product is delivered, making false resolution promises, "OUT OF STOCK" messages and rude behaviour is a common place here

          I purchased a Onida 24 LED TV from here as a gift for someone, on the very first day a promise was broken when it came to "Availability of Stock", I was offered a USED showroom piece with a loose table top base - instead!!!

          When I requested for a box pack, it was not delivered until I had to personally go and collect that myself & found that the TV had a broken base!!!

          A complaint was lodged with Onida and Snehanjali & I am yet to get a solution even after 7 days of collection.

          In a nutshell : DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM HERE, AVOID the trap

            I have purchase refrigerator of whirpool make from Snehanjali Electronics Kandivali west branch and paid full consideration amount. However till rto date they are neither giving me delivery nor cancelling my deal and refunding money. It almost a month passed however there is no response.I have called them several time and send fax and email to get the product or money. However they have not given any response yet.

            Let me know what should i do in this situation. I have with me original invoice copy.

            I purchased LG ac from their Godbundher rd 3 weeks prior delivery after 1 week and not installed after 3 weeks . 1 was sent installation who did not have any clue of checking what needs to be done. I sent back and dropped the goods back to their store
            Dear Mr. Metha send them notice that u will launch a complaint in consumer court they will refund ur money with interest still they don't pay u launch a complaint and u will surely win the case
            I purchased lg tv 32 from your shop
            But we wait for installisation of l.g tv
            After 48 hours we wait but your compney man is not came here for installisation of l.g tv . When he come here for installisation of tv. Plese give me answer immediately .

                I have purchased Refrigerator of Godrej 23 DH4 from one of the retail showroom at Maxus mall, Bhayandar (W) on[protected]vide bill no 201626. They supposed to delivered me the fridge on next day[protected]. However they started giving excuses that they don't have stock of particular model & arranging from other shops. They started lingering me here & there with so many excuses. Ultimately they delivered the fridge on[protected] at night 10.30pm. While inspecting the product I found one lable on left side of the fridge which should not be there. So when I removed that sticker I found on dent behind that. I refused to take the delivery of such defective product. Next day I called to their Andheri branch for geting the number of head office which they refused to give me the contact details of their head offices saying that they do not have the number of Head office. It is very shameful that branch do not have the number of their head office also. Till date I have not recd the delivery of the fridge. When I asked for refund they told me it will take 21 days to get refund.

                It seems that Snehanjali do not have proper distribution chanels & required stocks of the products. They are not keeping the stock of even single piece at godown and delivers the DEMO piece to the customers which comes defective.

                My sincere appeal to the class of consumers that please do not buy products from Snehanjali. If this is the scenario of supplying the product then what type of after sales services they will provide?

                  I had booked a whirlpool refrigerator model no : DLS 250 for Rs 13400/- on 6th Nov, 2010 from vasai branch and he told us the product would be delivered on wednesday 10th nov,2010 but there was no delivery nor follow up. Then on thursday he called up n said we would deliver on friday but we had to go out so we told him to deliver on saturday 13th nov,2010and he agreed to deliver early evening by 5pm. But as usual no delivery nor follow up. Late evening when i called up he said the manager was out and the don't know. on sunday they called me up saying the colour is not available(i did not make any colour preference) so we would deliver on monday. I was frustrated and fed with all this and told him to refund my moneyback, which he hasn't till date. kindly give me justice.

                    We had purchased 2 split Air Conditioners from Snehanjali Electronics, Andheri(W) after their sellsman convinced my 80 yr old father-in law that both can be fitted in their house which was found not to be possible by mechanic sent by the dealer ( after the delivery) but the dealer is now refusing to take back the un-opened sealed packed one unit of Air Conditioner; causing lot of mental and financial suffering to my old father-in law

                      This is with reference to Bill No - 171385 , I bought Lancer 3 burner gas from Snehanjali at Mira Road , I was told by the Sales professional that the DDK Lancer 3 Burner Gas Stove would cost me Rs 3000/ (Rs 4000/- MRP minus 1000/- exchange value of old gas stove) , on the delivery date I saw the MRP was mentioned 3495/- instead of Rs 4000/- as soon as I went to the store and informed them about the different MRP that was on the I was told by the sales executive (Ramesh) that the MRP is old and then started making excuses that the old burner is not worth 1,000 Rs which was never the case with our deal when the merchandise was sold to us , I strongly feel its a case of misleading to increase the sale of the appliances , would appreciate you help on this to penalize the retailer and provide compensation for material inconvenience and destress

                        IS SNEHANJALI BHAYANDER ONLY INTERESTED IN GETTING AN ORDER AND NOT PAYING TO CUSTOMER SERVICE? I had purchased 2 vediocon AC on 9th may 2010. Mr Anil (sales executive) promise to deliver on 10th but they not deleverd. on 11th i visited again then they deliverd @ night 10oclock. But i am surprised i had bought 2 AC same model but both have different remote control and both are not working...i am amazed the kind of services they offer...

                        Very very poor service from SNEHANJALI ELECTRONICS. When I went to Snehanjali on 12th and complain regarding this they told me i will send videocon people but still no body come at my place.
                        I am extremely disspointed by their services and they claim to be providing prompt services while they are unable to adhere to basic requirement. If they can't dliver what they promise, why the hell they promise. At the time of buying, they emphasis so much on brands and products and give whole lot of gyan,
                        I WILL NEVER EVER BUY ANYTHING FROM SNEHANJALI ELECTRONICS,

                        They r really interested in orders and after sales service is very poor. I purchase one Videocon LCD on 11th July. They promoise that the DTH set up will be done within a day or two. But till 16th july no body has come for installation, i called them several time, but they say that u take number and talk to company.

                          I booked my A C from Snehanjali Electronics & Appliances in Bhyander Maxes Mall, Mumbai on Sunday 9/05/2010 they commit delever ur A C on monday but still tuesday they dont have stock i am suffering and they not give me any recipt due to finance of bajaj please do the need full.

                            Purchased LG plasma 42 inch, Samsung doubled door Refrigerator, Onida 1.5 ton split ac, Samsung Microwave. Got videocon d2h on discounted rate because of some scheme from Snehanjali electronics Boisar
                            Made advanced payement on 26th April 2010.got delivery on 1st may 2010 after making full payment.
                            Got the commitment from Snehanjali electronics Boisar to fix LG plasma on table very nxt day and wall fitting
                            within 2-3 days.
                            Till today (6th May 2010) Plasma is kept as it is no one has came for fitting.
                            as well as they told to fit videocon d2h within 2 days still it is kept as it is.

                            I strongly recommend to all consumers not to purchase any goods from Snehanjali electronics boisar.

                            I have the same issue... i purchased 3 LG split a/c's on 7th May 2010. today is the 13th May 2010 and they haven't installed it yet. i have called them up numerous times but the call doesn't go through. both the numbers on the bill do not work half of the time... 28057016 / 28057046.
                            I managed to speak to them twice in the past few days and they have assured me that they will send someone. They haven't done that yet. I would not recommend shopping at Snehanjali in future.

                              We purchase a whirlpool refrigerator model 35 DLX on 2nd May 2010 and it found to be defective on the same day of installation.

                              The delivery was made at night around 10.30 pm and we where been told by the delivery person to start the refrigerator after 2 hours. We started the refrigerator after 2hours and after few hours found that the refrigerator is not getting cool at all. Immediately next day we approach the Snehanjali Shop at Virar West and after several number of request to replace the product they finally commited to give us the new piece till 3rd May 2010 at 8.30pm.

                              But till that time no one tur nor anyone where picking up the calls. Suprising I went to the shop and found that the phone instruments where manual switch off. After asking the reason for this there Sales Man Mr. Abdul replied it was dead, anyways about my refrigerator. He should me the demo piece and told it been test and it I myself got it pack for me and Mr. Abdul committed to delivered the product tonight.

                              But today also he fooled us. I need justice in my case please help me to get my money back.

                              My bill no. is 250076 dated 2nd may 2010.

                              Yes Snehanjali service is too poor. especially the Virar and Nallasopara.
                              Lateron the tird day they replaced my fridge and that too they gave me faulty . No it was time when i was getting frusted and this was the worst experience which i had in my life. So i called Whirpool customer care and narrigated the story to them and then they send there engineer to fix the product.

                              So now i am using the faulty piece repaired after paying access money.

                              Hat's off to Snehanjali... Dear all please don't get fooled by them. Read all the comments regarding them and then buy. Think before you buy at last we all spend our hard earn money.

                              I fully agree with you, A waching machine LG model No 7519 PV costing Rs 15800/- was delivered on 18.07.2010 by Snehanjali Vasai West. The machine was delivered with a dent on a casing and even before the demo we asked for replacement the company refused stating that they will hammer out and removed the dent. We never expect this attitude from the dealer.

                              I bought LG fridge.It was dented.i have been following up with these guys from 8th AUgust till date however no replacement done as yet.When i spoke with Durgesh and Darshan from snehanjali they told me to use it as it is and they will replace as and when they get a new one from LG company.when i called up on company toll-free they said not to use otherwise no replacement will be done.

                              can somebody plz help me in this matter.

                              i have purchased sony bravia LCD tv from Snehanjali kandivliwest branch on 10 oct 2010 whereas on that day there was scheme on sony bravia lcd that every purchase of it get free 4GB pendrive free. but after making of bill and goods their sales person Darshan said pendrive is not available now and we will give you later on.After making a call to their branch no one picking a phone.after 4 days once a phone picked by staff they told that still pendrive has not come so we will inform u when its come.

                              I paid for an LG fridge on 28th september to snehanjali, kandivali west and was promised delivery the next day, after paying full advance...but till date there has been no delivery. When i called them they are demanding additional 1000 rupees. Pls help. let me know
                              I am not sure how should i start to write this mail. I have been given a refurnished or fixed second hand Godrej Eon 343 P 3.3 Lush Wine fridge instead of a new one.

                              How could a trusted brand like Godrej ever do such a thing, this is really pathetic !!! I am not sure who is that i have to yell Snehanjali or Godrej. The snehanjali guys tell me that it is Godrej who did this as they supplied the fridge to me.

                              I have been a godrej fridge owner for the past 20 years in which i have used 2 fridge and this being the third and used to trust the brand. So planned on buying a new fridge after my old Godrej Pentacool fridge got bad.

                              The fridge was delivered to my house today on 13th Jan 2015 at around 12.30 pm. I am not a fridge technician and so checked it from the front and it looked ok. My friend visited house in the evening as he is a AC technician and knew a little about fridges and to my surprise he told me that this is not at all a new fridge. I was dump stuck shocked when he told me that and rushed to Snehanjali to check it out and to my surprise the display models were even better than what i was offered.

                              When i spoke to the floor manager, he denied of them doing it and told me Godrej has to look at it as the fridge comes from Biwandi warehouse. .

                              I don't care who it takes to fix this i want this fridge replaced for a new one. I am sure to lodge a police compliant for whoever duped me for this and would never ask to buy it from snehanjali or a Godrej product. How can you guys dupe a customer like this who is paying almost 30K for a fridge.

                              I want someone who has a sense of responsibility in the whole company to call me on [protected] and please have this sorted out. This is totally unacceptable from you guys.

                              I paid for an Godrej fridge on 29th Oct 2016 to snehanjali, virar east and was promised the delivery date as 31st Oct 2016, after paying full payment...but till date there has been no delivery.
                              As per my experience I would say Never ever buy any product that needs installation. We bought an AC. The payment was done on the same day. But still the product was NOT delivered or installed on time. And whenever you follow up they respond as per their wish - ' aaj nai aega kal aega ya parson bhi ho sakta hai'. The thing is they talk very sweetly when you are buying and assure you that you will get it delivered and installed whenever you want. They give you phone number and tell to call freely anytime when you require the installation guys and they will be at your doorstep. They all just fake it to sell their product. Their real behavior comes out when the full payment is done. After that they dont even bother to respond you in a good manner. We ultimately hired a local technician for installation. Its a ******* crap showroom with stupid service and fake people. I would rate them in minus stars if there was such option.
                              Just to add, bought it from tirupati nagar, virar west branch... its better to go to vijay sales which is just few walks away from there.. but never to this public-looting snehaanjali retail showroom.
                              My Name is Nilesh Kamble & statying in Chandansaar Virar (east).I was regular customer of snehanjali (even after having bad after sales service) So again I bought USHA's OTG on last sunday, 28th May 2017. I made one time payment & expecting 35 ltr Oven. But received 29 ltr Oven. Same time I went to Snehanjali shop & i asked about confusion. Sales person name Babu said you only selected this model, to get sale he did false commitments & sold 29 ltr instead of 35 ltr. however Me and my wife was continuously talking about 35 ltr oven while selecting. But at shop this sale man said 35 ltr is out of stock. How can I show you that pc. He clearly lying . So I asked to check CC camera footage. But unfortunately wasn't possible. To resolve this mess they are offering me an iron. It's not over yet, while checking product found baking plate damaged.
                              My advice, don't go to snehanjali & if you are going then record all communication.

                                I booked a split Airconditioner from Snehaanjali Electronics, Kandivali , Mumbai. On 25th jan 2010 with an advance of Rs 2000. Sir they told me to deliver in next 10 to 15 days as they dont have the stock . I agree as i was not in hurry.
                                Sir after a month when i asked delivery they keep me telling that fresh piece is coming in a day or two. When i forced to deliver my ac they told me to took back my advance amount if i cant wait. This is horrible. Finally they agree to give Ac . I paid the balance amount of rs 10000 on 22 march.
                                Now sir there was the offer going in the store that buy any split ac and pay extra rs499 and you'll get some free products. But sir when i asked for that offer they rudely declined and told me that when i booked that product there was no such offer. So you could not get this offer . Now sir what can i do?

                                  I had purchased a refrigerator from Snehanaji Kandivli on 14.03.2010 and the fridge was delivered on the same day with gas leakage problem. There was no cooling. The guys refused to replace the same and the service guys Sanjay, Kishore & Uddhav are so pathetic, They even do not know how to speak to customers. Please avoid buying any products from Snehanjali. They are fake people trying to sell products with Advertisement scheme but the actual products are very worse and even the service

                                    Hi All

                                    Beware, think a million time before u buy anything from Snehanjali
                                    I bought a TV and Home Theatre from Snehanjali Kalyan.
                                    They delivered me a Home Theatre that was faulty.
                                    Can u believe, the replaced that with a new Home Theatre. That was Faulty too.
                                    They delivered 4 home theatres and all were faulty some how or the other.
                                    Now they say, they dont have stocks, so use the faulty one.
                                    I am therefore filing a consumer case against them.

                                      Defective Microwave Oven not replaced or refunded

                                      I had purchased a microwave oven on the 27/09/2009 manufactured by Videocon Ltd. The said item was delivered on the 28/09/09. Since we were at office the servant accepted. On opening the pack the next day, we found that the piece was damaged, i.e. a dent was found on the body of the piece.                                       IS SNEHANJALI MIRA ROAD ONLY INTERESTED IN GETTING AN ORDER AND NOT PAYING TO CUSTOMER SERVICE? 10 days past but no deliver of products inspite of making full payment on the first day...i am amazed the kind of services they offer...

                                      very very poor service from SNEHANJALI ELECTRONICS MIRA ROAD. I had purchased bajaj microwave oven on 11th October2009 with free chetak mixer offer. I was promised that the product along with oven kit and mixer grinder will be delivered to my place next day. However, we had to send several reminders to get the product. Finally after 3 days we received only oven and was promised that the kit and mixer will be delivered next day. Till date i.e. 20th Oct 09, we are yet to receive both these products. When I went to Snehanjali yesterday, I was told that there is no stock, however, they are expecting it tonight and it will be delivered today (Tuesday, 20th Oct) without fail. I am shocked to know that neither they called to inform that we are unable to deliver nor they have delivered the products.
                                      I am extremely disspointed by their services and they claim to be providing prompt services while they are unable to adhere to basic requirement. I thinking of returning microwave oven and ask for full refund of my money.
                                      If they can't dliver what they promise, why the hell they promise. At the time of buying, they emphasis so much on brands and products and give whole lot of gyan, but if the products are not delivered even after 10 days, whom do you trust and why. They dont bother to call or check whether the customer who has placed an order and has paid the full amount has received the product or no. Strange to see such kind of services in these times of customer-centric market.

                                      Very Very Poor service from SNEHANJALI ELECTRONICS MIRA ROAD/Andheri. I had purchased more than 7-8 electronics home appliances/Electronics on 11th April 2010 with the promised that the product will be delivered in next 2-3days after the cheque clearance. However, they themselves conveys that it takes 8 days for couriering the cheque to reach their Banks, as international cheques get cleared within 8days span of time. Finally after 8 days When I went to Snehanjali yesterday, I was told that the list what they had faxed to Snehanjali(mira Road) is not readable, and they gave the whole description during that phone conversation as it was a call for delivery confirmation as per Snehanjali(Andheri) while it turn out to be passing delivery details from model no., products to the address along with the landmark too. however, they are expecting to be delivered today (Tuesday, 20th April 10) hopefully without fail. I am shocked to know that neither they called to inform that we are unable to deliver nor they have delivered the products.

                                      I had brought electronics gadgets from Snehanjali, Opp.Shoppers Stop, Kandivili. While shifting my house I got the original bills lost. Since all the gadgets which I brought arer over 80, 000 INR is still in warantty and it is must for me to get a duplicate bill. I requested the dealers representative One joshi, to get me a duplicate bill which he agreed on paying Rs.100. They told me to get the bills on May 1, 2010 and having approached the dealers office he refused to get me the bill telling I should have protected it and he is not bound to get me a duplicate one and suggested me that I can approach consumer forum. My washing machine of Samsung model got inoperational and the parts being costly I can save money only if I produce the bill to the Samsung company.

                                      I appeal to the good citizens of Mumbai to help to get the bills and also for a way forward how such incidences can be avoided in future.

                                      would not recommend anybody in my entire life
                                      I had paid cash by debit card and booked 1.5 T one air-conditioner 06.06.2010 but due to some reason I have changed my decision and requested for 1 T air conditioner.M/S Snehanjali Electronics Boiser promised me to deliver product on 07.06.2010, but they could not deliver product even after 5 to 6 days.I have the cancelled my order and requested for refund of money.
                                      Even up to 18.06.2010 i have not received the payment.I have purchased product by DEBIT CARD and not by CREDIT CARD
                                      This very much bad business tactics and poor response.

                                      WILL SNEHANJALI MANAGEMENT LOOK IN TO MATTER AND SOLVE THE ISSUE.?

I purchased AC from them and was promised freebies, AC was delivered on time however without freebies, when asked why it was not delivered the salesman was very rude and said, "I made a mistake of delivering the AC".                                       On 25th Nov, Sunday we booked Onida 1 ton split Air Condition in Snehanjali - Maxus Mall to gift someone & given Rs. 5000 as basic payment & within 10 mins, when we are completing other formalities, we knew, that whom we are gifting the A/C, won't b possible to take it. We immedietly told them our problem & we told them, we are ready to take some other product. But they don't allow us & we had no other option, rather than taking delivery of it.                                       Was told it would come today .. full payment was made by debit card yesterday itself.
                                      Was told it would come today Sunday ..Stayed at home
                                      Called in the morning was told it would come in the afternoon.
                                      Calked at 4 o clock was told it would come by 6o clock.
                                      Called at 630 was told it would come by 9pm.
                                      called at 9 was told it was on the way ...would be there at 9.15pm
                                      Now 10.30 ..NO DELIVERY
