Sobha Developers — Sobha Manhattan Towers.

Please help me with the followup on this cancelation/refund regarding the subjected booking on 17th-Oct-2021 for B1-5051 from sobha Manhattan Towers, Sobha Townpark, Hosur Road, Bangalore.

I have paid token advance amount of 5Laks for booking and requesting full refund on urgent basis!

Note: During the initiall discussion Prashant mentioned we get full refund before the agreement sign but it takes some time. Not sure what is the right process or commitment for the sales.

Again not sure who can help me here keep on floating between Sales and project head but no solution around because of this I am in big mess financially!

however it's been THREE months no progress on this cancelation refund case. Since I have copied for the same to get this processed soon.

Please acknowledge and do the needful to confirm the expected date of credit.

Or let me know whom I should reach out In the higher officials/management for the esclation/resolution for the refund discussion to get this addressed to complete on priority basis.

Is there any one else to help me here from sobha for this case!!!

I had a detailed discussion with Sunil project head and he is very much aware ifvthus case and he is ok to process this cancelation as long as I am not interested to continue with it and finally decided.

And there's no point in waiting for this case anymore without any reason not being action on it from your end.

However the cancelation yet to be raised from your end as per sunil (Project head) and he will only help to approve/follow-up to get this processed further. But not it's keep floating the ball no one owning/accounting it.

Please raise a urgent cancelation request to confirm ASAP if not done still!

And let me know if any other details required... Also this email not being acknowledged/responded since few months from you or no one from sobha end!

**I never expected/experienced in my life time this kind of very unprofessional experience from such a corporate high end sobha projects team and not responding my calls/no call back nethier no updates sill!.

Looking forward to hear from you at the earliest and it's completely unfair the way you are reacting with unprofessionals manner for this small case there is no point in holding it.

**Because of this sobha project discussion I am in big mess and financial loss of more than 1L. And still you/shobha holding my amount of 5L token advance for no reason and its not at all looking good!

?? I was thinking to come back once tower1 available or ready to move in state... however i have to think multiple times to take property from Sobha..is biggest question from myself aswell us from my family/friends. It's really created too much mess in family aswell end less peace less sleeps. ??
