Sobha Developers — Wire Fraud- After Receiving money didn't apply to our Balance. Happens 2 times

We booked a flat in Sobha heartland- Dubai. We made wire transfer to Sobha Bank Account. First few payments in same account were accepted by Sobha. Then when we received their statement we found 2 payment were missing. we send them the wire transfer proof they said we will look into it. 6 Months passed they didn't responded. Then we flew to Duabi to resolve the matter and they found one trasaction and other payment of 43000AED was still missing. We keep follow-ups with them but no response. We gave everything what SOBHA Agent named 'LOUAI ABOU KHZAM' asked for. Finally we did the investigation from our Bank IN USA about the missing money. Investigator Confirms that money were Received in United Arab Bank in Sobha Account. We requested them to call their bank and gave the tracking number for confirmation, still they never called their bank and not responded us yet.
Later our another payment of 113, 000 AED was due so we again wired them and told them after sending money we want a confirmation of that payment in 4 days. They again didn't responded. we keep following up the agent and sending them emails and calls. No respond. After 1 month we received a text message from their accountant that you missing last payment which is already due. We send her the wire confirmation. Now the Agent LOUAI ABOU reach out to us saying that SOBHA Bank Account is been shut down and ask again to send money in another account. We feel like some big Fraud is going on in SOBHA Developers. Such a big company have no department to resolve payment issue for their clients fund which is strange? You send them money and they don't even provide you any kind of payment receipt. How the money which has been deposited in their account a month ago has not been applied to the account and after a month they asking same money to deposit in another account? Something really big fishy going on in SOBHA Company. After this complaint I'm hoping they will reach out to us and resolve the issue otherwise we have file a legal battle with them.
