Sony Bravia LED — Defective tv supply | |||
I purchased Sony Bravia LED in july2013.Its screen become blank after 9 month in its screen was changed in September 2014 by company.in June it again become blank, after complaint in Allahabad service centre, they said that they will inform us when screen is recived.As I am posted out of Allahabad I could go on 13.03.2016 to service center, and left my tv there and also made complaint to service center and Kk Sales the dealer. Yesterday I received a phone call from Sony service centre by [protected].They said to deposit about Rs.22000/- for repairing the TV. It is again pleaded that we have been a dedicated customer of SONY brand since 20 years. If my application is turned down it will be great injustice to me. Kindly help.
