[Resolved]  Sony Bravia — Tired of calling customer care and after sales service.. Unprofessional staff

I have constantly tried to talk to their service center executives but till date my Sony Bravia TV which is in Bettiah city in Bihar is not repaired, instead your staff is not at all cooperating. On a regular basis, I have contacted on their toll free number and they give another number of a concerned staff who was supposed to come at my place but he is not picking up my call till date. Muzzaffarpur zone office staff is also not responding now, they have not resolved the complain not even showing interest of doing so in near future. Trusting the brand name I have purchased this home appliance in the month of May itself, even after being in warranty period I am not able to use the product.
