Dear senior management of sony television this is reminder about your responsibilities towards your customer this is my fifth reminder for same thing I have issue with new purchased TV. On dated 15.08.2014 Model No. KLV-22P402B, Serial No. 8156708. There are some images I am sending for your kind reference before 8 days it was replaced with new panel but that was also defective as well the problem still not solved as a new problem arise with new panel. It need to replace with new TV. So Dear senior management of sony please see into the matter carefully and solve this problem as early as possible Thanks Gayatri [protected]
