Sony — Defective Vaio Laptop and no replacement | |||
Dear Sir, I purchased my Sony Vaio laptop in mid september. Within 3 weeks, It started showing problems in screen. I sent my laptop to Sony Service Center (Ticket no: J[protected]. Below is the service center address: MODERN ELECTRONICS SCO - 2650 BALWANT COMPLEX DASHMESH NAGAR OPP. DYAL SWEETS GILL ROAD LUDHIANA-141003 After 10 days, I received my laptop and when I started the machine, Internal system got fire. I submitted It again to service center. (Ticket no: J[protected]. Service Center personnel told me, laptop's motherboard is destroyed and some other problems. Till now, I have not received my laptop. In 3 months, I used laptop hardly for 3 weeks. This piece is defective, So it is my humble request to replace this laptop. I have not expected this all neither from sony vaio laptop nor son Service Center. Please response as soon as possible.
