[Resolved]  Sony — Defective xperia z and poor service

Hi Today was the fourth time I gave my phone in the service center in 10 months. Firstly, you provide us with a defective product. Then we get such a poor service from the company that a phone becomes a headache. I am highly dissatisfied with the product. As stated in my previous complaint, I re-iterate that this is my worst experience with a smartphone. I demand a new set this time instead of the repaired and defective ones that you are providing. I request an intervention from the senior executives in the department to take care of this.
