Sony — Fake estimate by the service center

A Month back my dad was facing a problem with his Sony Xperia Z. Once the charger was unplugged the phone went off. so we went to the Authorized Sony service center. they took the phone, they said ' sir humko ye phone b'lore mai bhejna hoga, waha se estimate ayega' . we had no other choice than to wait. it took them around 2 long weeks to get an estimate to repair a Mobile phone(well that was real quick). this is not the end to the prob, i get a call from sony service center on the 14th day and they say that ' sir aapke mobile ka estimate aa gaya', out of curiosity i asked 'estimate kitna hai?' with a cool n calm tone he says 'only 29, 570/- Rs ' i was shocked to hear, that a phone which costs 37, 000 has an estimate repair cost of almost 30, 000/-, we decided not to repair it from the authorized service center. i went to a regular ' recharge wala' who even fixes mobile phones, i gave him the phone, explained him what the prob was. he told me to come back after 3-4 days and collect the phone. i was happy enough to hear that. he fixes the prob, the fault was with the battery.the battery had to be changed. the battery costed me only 1, 700/-.this is purely a case of attempt to fraud. we request you to please take some action against this
