[Resolved]  Sony — faulty sony Xperia C

Dear Pehredar team, I gives me immense pleasure to say that you are the inspiration for me . Thank you for coming forward for poor customer like us who gets into the trap of these MNC and by the products . Sir, I am also the victim of such a trap, Sir I worked day and night to give my wife a present on her birth day and on[protected] i bought SONY Xperia C from Nagpur bill 209652 . But its started creating problem afterwards and we have to send the phone to the official sony center on[protected],[protected], and[protected] in total it went for five times for repair and the problem persisted . Finally i have to call them up at the customer care center[protected] . First they said " Sorry for the in convince caused for problem " Sir, please visit the service center for the problem and then contact us for the same .We will do the repair or replacement . Then again the same problem cropped up . Then also we called them up and they said it will be resolved or your phone will be replaced from our end . Now they are saying that the phone can only be repaired and not replaced . I have argued for the same quite a few times but in vain . I humbly request you to please look into the matter .
