Since last three months i continuosly chasing customer care centreki.E (601, ashok bhavan, new delhi 110019) regarding my mobile phone repair. I submit my phone twicely & as on today i have facing same problem from last three months. I have purchased sony xperia l c2104 d.White on 09/feb/2014 against invoice no-m011443 from cellucom retail india pvt ltd, g-3, h.L galeria plot no-02 sector 12, dwarka, n.D -75...My mobile imei no is [protected]...During the period i have following problem :
1) handsfree not working (But received new )
2) mobile phone not charged due to some problem in phone (Twicely lodge complaint against this)
3) mike not working (Twicely lodge complaint for the same)
4) volume key not working, etc
The list may be long...
I have faced so many problem during these days. So, in future i will not purchased any phone from sony & not suggest any person to buy a sony phone with these type of experiance during the warranty period of the phone.
Hope you will take action on this & help your customer in a good manner.. So that they will faith on your company. Because i also purchased this phone with faith on sony but due to this type of experience i will not faith on your company.. In future i will go to consumer court regarding this type of problem...In the end i would say you must replace your customers mobile during second complaint so that they will not lost faith on your company..
