Dear Service head, My Ticket Id:[protected] 29th march [protected] 05th april [protected] 10th april [protected] last and last 2 job sheet i am not get due to problem not rectify... problem: board heat whtile speak, inter net slow, automatic internet disable while using, hanging, power button not working properly after i received my mobile i face these problem before not have these problems: battery stand by problem, ear s peak not working Thanks for your consideration Recently I bought my Sony Experia L (Model) before 4 Months in chennai. After some days suddenly I got hanging problem on my mobile and I gave to service center in chennai. Once I received the mobile from service center Again I found the problem that, mobile getting heat while speaking. I informed to service center in the same week. After one week they returned my mobile by replacing mother board, After serviced mobile it's not getting charge, still I had heating issue while use 3g very heavily. I asked them back still issue is there cant able to use normally. Again they have taken from me last week for the seventh time. After these time issues happened now that mobile looks like very old mobile. and now ear speaker not working dead.. you know that, it's not customer fault and you didn't support for worth Rs.16, 000 (it's not a small amount).they changed mother board 2 times Still i have this problem.. they said sony mobile always heat i[censored] used 3g i[censored] ued 2g it is not getting heat it is very difficult answer Even I bought TV and other accessories from SONY but there I didn't face such a bad experience like this. So please I don't want to take any risk again. Better you can replace the mobile and kindly requesting. and i have compalint through mail to :[protected]@sp.sony.com but still i did not get any response these service of head..
